Baseball in the American Culture

Baseball – It’s an American pastime, part of American culture from songs, field.jpegtelevision, literature and so much more.  It signals the start of spring and summer time, makes us think about being outside while enjoying the fresh air, and being a part of something fun and exciting. But where did baseball begin and how did it become such a large influencer on American culture?

On Thursday, April 25 at 7pm, you can join us at the Livingston Public Library where sports commentator, journalist, and writer Evan Weiner will be giving a presentation on Baseball in the American Culture, Literature, Song, Movies, TV, The Stage, Radio, and TV. Weiner has appeared on MSNBC, News Max, and ABC.

So “batter up!” and join the Livingston Public Library for this great presentation.  Registration is not required.
