Dear Livingston Library Community,
As the famous Science Fiction author Arthur C. Clarke once said, “Any sufficiently advanced technology is equivalent to magic.” Here at the Livingston Public Library, we aim to take away the “magic” and make technology as accessible to our patrons as possible. That’s why we are introducing a new Tech Help Drop-In Program, starting on September 4th.
The program will run from 10:30-11:30 AM on the first Tuesday of each month, and offer patrons the ability to “drop in” and get help on a myriad of topics. If you’re still not quite sure how to make the change to Libby, we have you covered! Simply bring in your reading device (such as a smartphone, Kindle or iPad) and get assistance on searching, borrowing and lending ebooks. We’re also offering support for Hoopla and RBDigital, for the movie and magazine lovers in our community.
Whether you need assistance with email, navigating your smart device, help with Google Drive, social media and more, our knowledgeable team of Librarians are ready and willing to help!
At the Livingston Library, we bring the world of technology (and understanding it) to you.
All the best,
Amy
