A well-written resume reflects your brand, communicates your qualifications, and may look different depending on the size of the company or the industry you are targeting. 

On September 7 at 2pm,  join the library workshop “Develop a Winning Resume”  to learn how to create an effective resume and how to customize it for a specific company or position. Learn tips on formatting, what to include, and how to get noticed when recruiters use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to help narrow the applicant pool.

Workshop presenter, Debra J. Stark, MA, has been in the role of Career Advisor at Ramapo College of New Jersey for 25+ years serving both students and alumni. In this role she assists with resume development, interview and networking techniques, and planning job search strategies. She is a co-author of the textbook Creating Career Success: A Flexible Plan for the World of Work.
