Dear Livingston Library Community,
Not only is Valentine’s Day upon us, February is Healthy Heart Month. So there’s no better time for our upcoming program, “Living a Heart Healthy Life” with cardiologist Liliana Cohen, M.D., on February 13th! Learn about heart attack symptoms and how they differ in men and women, recognize myths about preserving heart health, and find out about the choices you can make to keep your own heart healthy. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A period. The program is free and open to all, but registration is required.
This is just one of the many free informative, authoritative health lectures we’re presenting in partnership with the Summit Medical Group. Other topics include how to improve your sleep naturally, a mindful approach to sleep, and understanding hearing loss. In May, the Library will also be teaming up with the Livingston Township Health Department for a program on Lyme disease, so stay tuned for more information!
And remember, at Livingston Library, we bring the world to you.
All the best,
Director – Livingston Library
