“Showing gratitude is one of the simplest yet most powerful things humans can do for each other.” ~ Randy Pausch
Thanksgiving may look different this year, but it is still an important opportunity to take a moment and reflect on all the blessings in our lives. Here at the Livingston Library, we are thankful for our many patrons, supporters, and readers that continue to make the library part of their everyday lives. Whether you use our curbside pickup service, come in to browse and borrow, access our resources online, or participate in our virtual programs, we are so glad to be a part of your community.
On a more personal note, I must take a moment to express my overwhelming gratitude to the entire library staff. They have bravely and calmly done the work necessary to keep our organization relevant and functional throughout the pandemic. On many days a warm smile or kind word from one of my colleagues has given me the encouragement I needed to keep going. The next time you visit the library please join me in thanking the team for all of their hard work.
The entire Livingston Library community is truly something to be grateful for.
Stay safe,
Amy
