Message From The Director: Take A Walk on the Wild Side – NJ State Parks Lecture

Livingston Library Community,

For me, there is nothing more soothing or restorative than nature.  As we approach the fall season, where the leaves are turning beautiful shades of golden amber and the air is cool and crisp, there’s no better time to enjoy the nature around us.  That’s why the Livingston Public Library is excited to host a zoom lecture on New Jersey State Parks, scheduled to take place this Thursday, September 3 at 7:00 PM.

In this lecture, local NJ author, photographer, and lecture Kevin Woyce will be introducing us to the magnificent history and foliage of various New Jersey state parks, including some favorites and even some hidden gems that are just waiting for you to discover!  After this lecture, you will be inspired to enjoy the local beauty that our state has to offer. We may not be able to travel this fall, but this lecture is an opportunity to learn about all of the amazing places to explore right here in our home state!

You can register for this program on the Library’s events calendar, here.  The day before the program, information on how to access the Zoom lecture will be emailed to registered participants.
