Livingston Library Community,
Are you interested in borrowing ebooks from the library’s digital collections but need some help troubleshooting the app with your Kindle? Are you looking for assistance with accessing your email or troubleshooting a specific issue on your device? The Livingston Public Library is pleased to announce it’s new Tech Help program, where you can meet with a technology librarian for one-on-one technology assistance.
Tech Help is offered by appointment only on Wednesdays beginning on December 1st at 11:30am, 12:30pm, and 2pm. Appointments will run for up to 30 minutes. It’s perfect for those who need a little bit more time or assistance troubleshooting a specific technology question or issue. You can make a Tech Help appointment for December 1st or December 8th now by calling the Reference Desk at 973-992-4600 ext. 263.
If you’re looking for information on how to get started with the Livingston Library’s digital resources or managing your library account online, you can find video tutorials through the Library’s website, here.

You’ve finally heard what we’ve been calling the BCCLS tech Dept since MONTHS…and get no replies or solutions. Thank you for getting it real about some of our real needs on your digital side… and issues with the portal which nobody in your library can solve.
