Apollo 11 Moon Landing, 1969

“That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.”

Recently, the Livingston Library digitized a microfilm documentary on the Apollo 11 Moon Landing from 1969.

This collection includes over 1,000 pages relating to “pre-flight activities, the lift-off, the voyage itself, the lunar landing, the return journey to earth, the “21” day quarantine of the moon-goers, and major coverage on all the post-flights events...”

This treasure trove of photos, magazines, newspapers, and transcripts from years ago is an extensive look into one of the most monumental events from the 20th century.
