Reflective Journaling

Hello everyone,

We’re only a few days away from the end of the year! *Yay!!*

This is also the final reflective journaling sheet of 2020.  (Stay on tuned for our 2021 reflective journal coming soon!) This week’s reflective journaling sheet asks you to take a look back at all the books you’ve read this year.  Did you set a reading  goal?  Did you meet it or exceed it?  How many books did you read this year and how many books do you want to read next year?

You can access this week’s reflective journaling sheet here:

Happy reading and journaling!

2021 Reflective Journaling Cover Crafting Kickoff

Are you looking forward to a fresh start in 2021?  We are too! The New Year is all about reflection, setting goals, and being your best self.  Unfortunately, due to the busy nature of day to day life, it can become difficult to remember to take that necessary “me” time. But the library is here to help! And we are super excited for our 2021 Reflective Journaling program.

Just like the 2020 Reflective Journal,  PDF versions of 2021’s journaling sheets can be found here on the Library Blog, but they can also be found in person at the Library.  We will also be kickoffing the new 2021 Reflective Journal with a virtual Cover Crafting program the week of January 4 through January 9. All materials to craft a beautiful cover for your reflective journal will be supplied.  Registration is required and opens on December 21.  You can register for the cover crafting event, here.

After you register, stop by the library from  January 4  through January 9 to pick up supplies to make a cover for your reflective journal.  Supplies, instructions, and a link to a video tutorial will be provided.  Supplies can be picked up in person during the library’s browse and borrow hours or through contactless pick up on select days.

Happy crafting and journaling!
