Livingston Public Library is very pleased to invite the international Tai Chi and Kung Fu grandmaster Chuantong Lin to demonstrate Tai Chi basic movements for us. Tai chi is motion therapy, which balances the mind and the body for health and harmony. In this workshop, Chuantong shows Tai Chi acupuncture points, demonstrates Tai Chi posture, and teaches Tai Chi basic movements.
Chuantong graduated from Henan Shaolin Temple Tagou Martial Arts School, a world renowned school specializing in Chinese martial arts. He advanced at the school until he became an instructor at the age of 20. Chuangton had won over 35 gold medals both nationally and internationally before he came to the US in 2011. Chuantong is now the owner of Shaolin Kung Fu & Tai Chi School in New Jersey. He currently holds the rank of 8th Dan International Grandmaster awarded by International Wushu Federation.
