Hi! It’s Jason, Young Adult Librarian here at Livingston Public Library.
I would like to take some time to thank all of our teen volunteers this summer. Your help was invaluable and you helped us all get through summer smoothly. We couldn’t have done it without you!
All told, we had:
-63 individual volunteers
-358 shifts served
-totaling 563.25 hours
They helped us shelve books, shelf read to make sure everything was where it belongs, manage our summer reading station, be “book buddies,” prepare crafts, help with programs, and so much more.
I enjoyed getting to know each and every one of you. I hope you all continue to volunteer throughout the school year!
