The Wonder of Bird Migration

As the days get cooler and the leaves begin to change into dazzling displays of red and orange, birds are also beginning to migrate south for the upcoming winter. Did you ever wonder about why birds migrate and the strategies and challenges they face? If so, the Livingston Public Library is the place to be!

On Saturday, September 28 at 11am, join the Livingston Public Library for a presentation on The Wonder of Bird Migration presented by Pete Azelrod of Wild Birds Unlimited.  You can learn more about this event via the library’s event calendar here

Interested in bird watching?  You can check out bird watching kits from the Livingston Public Library’s Library of Things.  These kits come complete with binoculars, a bird guide, and a carry case. You can learn more about what the Library of Things has to offer, here
