Upcoming September Zoom Programs!

If you missed the Livingston Public Library’s awesome adult programming you’re in luck.  This month we have Zoom lectures, take home crafts, and performances planned that you can enjoy safely from the comfort of your own home.  Below are the programs that we have planned for September.

New Jersey State Parks | September 3 @ 7pm via Zoom

Alexander Hamilton: The Musical and the Duel | September 10 @ 7pm via Zoom

In this virtual program presented by Rick Feingold, you’ll enjoy the Hamilton mix-tape performance at the White House, an introduction to the characters of the musical, and music from the Broadway production. Let’s Talk About Books | September 11 @ 12:45pm via Zoom 

Our Let’s Talk About Books afternoon book discussion is back virtually!  We will be discussing “The Spy and the Traitor” by Ben Macintyre.  More information on how to join this meeting can be found here.

Zentangle Art Workshop | September 16 @ 11am via Zoom

In this E-Zentangle workshop presented via zoom by certified Zentangle teacher, Mimi Topping, you will learn some simple strokes and patterns on butterfly shape paper tiles.  Registration and information on how to access the presentation can be found here.

Senior Happening | September 18 @ 1pm via Zoom

Personal Finance 101 | September 21 @ 7pm via Zoom

Highlights of Central Park | September 24 @ 7pm via Zoom

This program will cover the park’s history and many of its sights and attractions, through the camera lens of amateur photographer, Mario Medici, who will provide commentary describing each photo. Registration and information on how to access the presentation can be found here.

Protecting Yourself in the Retail World | September 29 @ 11am via Zoom

Unstuck in Time Book Club | September 30 @ 7pm via Zoom

Pinterest Inspired Adult Crafting | Week of September 28

 Get crafty with the Livingston Librarians this month with a fun take home craft where we will be painting trinket jars! We supply the supplies and the instructions (including a fun video tutorial) and all you have to do is register! Registration for this month’s craft can be found here.
