Each year, we have hundreds of teens apply to be volunteers at the library. We are proud to offer them opportunities throughout the full calendar year, including shelving books after school and helping with programs for younger children.
And, did you know that we have virtual volunteer opportunities available, too? Teens are able to do book reviews, which are then posted to the library’s Instagram. Details about that can be found in the virtual volunteering portion of the Teen Zone. We also have talented teens make YouTube videos, which can be found in this playlist.
Teens can apply to be volunteers at any time throughout the school year via the link on the library’s website. We are looking forward to more submissions!
