I’m sure if we asked for a round of virtual hands of who adores food the majority, if not all of you, would raise your hand. Food is a big part of life. It nourishes our bodies, it nourishes our minds, and it makes us happy…especially when we’re feeling rather “hangry.”

Join the Livingston Public Library on April 1 at 7pm where a registered dietitian from Saint Barnabas Medical Center will review how choosing healthy foods can improve your mood, outlook, and emotional health.
